"Refund process was literally such a headache"
I tried to return my order and it took forever to get a straight answer from anyone. The refund was super slow, and I literally had to keep following up just to get things moving. Definitely not ordering from them again
"Booking took longer than expected"
so I tried booking through the website, but it took way longer than I expected. The layout was a bit confusing, and I had to click around more than I should have to figure things out.

"Pricing could be a bit more upfront"
The site was easy to use overall, but the pricing wasn’t as clear as I expected. Compared to a lot of other sites where you can see the costs right away, I had to click around a bit to figure out what I’d actually be paying. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, just a little confusing. I think it would feel a lot smoother if the prices were shown more clearly from the start.

"Customer service never followed through"
I reached out to acubest.com about my order because I just wanted a basic update, and they acted like someone would get back to me soon. That never happened. I waited a few days, sent another email, and still didn’t get anything useful.
It feels like they make promises just to get you off their back, then disappear once they have your money. Super frustrating when all I needed was a straight answer. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"The personal care honestly won me over"
I went into my experience with acubest.com not knowing what to expect, but it actually turned out to be kind of a relief. They listened to what I needed like it mattered, which felt almost dramatic in the best way because I’ve definitely dealt with places that rush you through everything. The only tiny villain in the story was that replies could be a little quicker sometimes, but overall I was really happy with the experience.

Some of the items are good, but a few started feeling cheap after just a handful of uses. Not terrible, just not exactly what I was hoping for...

"Not the most professional experience"
Booking was easy enough, but I ended up waiting longer than expected, which was already frustrating. When I finally got seen, the practitioner seemed rushed and not especially friendly. I asked a couple of basic questions and the answers were really short, like I was annoying them just by asking.
The treatment itself was okay, nothing terrible happened, but the whole vibe put me off. I get that people have busy days, but between the wait and the lack of warmth, it just didn’t feel very professional. I probably wouldn’t go back

The communication was, like, fine overall, but it could’ve been a bit clearer. I kind of felt like I had to figure some things out on my own, so yeah, there’s definitely room for improvement there

"Packaging really could’ve been better"
The order did show up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was disappointing. I’m not trying to be overly picky here, but the box was noticeably crushed and there was barely any padding around the items inside. Nothing was completely broken, thankfully, but one piece did have a scratch on it. For what I paid, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a little more care with how it’s packed. Hopefully they take this seriously and improve it.

"Lost trust after dealing with the staff"
I didn’t have a great experience with acubest.com. The staff I spoke with came across as rude and impatient, even when I was just asking basic questions. It really felt like they were trying to rush me off the chat or phone instead of actually helping. After that, I started to feel less confident about trusting them overall. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me the customer service was cold and disappointing.

"Pretty helpful overall"
The consultation was good and the advice was clear, which I appreciated. It did feel a little rushed though, like we were moving on just as I was still thinking through the last point. Still, it was helpful overall

"Just didn’t feel reliable"
I didn’t feel very comfortable using this site. A lot of the info was unclear, and then it kept making me go through verification over and over, which got really annoying. After a while, it just didn’t feel trustworthy enough for me to place an order

"Pretty long wait, honestly"
I was hoping I’d have a better experience with acubest.com, but the wait ended up being the main thing I remember. I had to wait a lot longer than I expected, and I’m sure I only got updates when I went looking for them myself. The site itself seemed fine enough, I guess, but the delay made the whole process feel frustrating. Maybe I just caught them during a busy stretch, but either way, it wasn’t a great experience for me.

"My order was wrong and support keeps sending me in circles"
I ordered a few specific items, but when the package showed up, it had completely different stuff in it. I reached out to support thinking it would be an easy fix, but I keep getting bounced around and asked the same questions over and over. It’s been frustrating because I just want the items I actually ordered or a refund.

"Clinic didn’t feel clean to me"
I went in last week, or maybe it was the week before, but either way the place just didn’t feel clean. The waiting area and exam room gave me a dirty impression, and I couldn’t really get comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I really went in hoping this would make a difference, but i didn’t notice much change after the treatment. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t do anything. I kind of regret spending the time and money on it

The practitioner didn’t seem very confident or knowledgeable, and I didn’t get much help. I felt like I had to keep explaining things and pushing for answers, which was frustrating and took more effort than it should have

Trying to book my appointment was a little confusing at the start, like I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to pick. I did get it done in the end, so that was fine, but I wish the available times were shown more clearly online.

so I ordered from acubest.com and the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept waiting and there weren’t really clear updates, which made it even more frustrating. The product might be okay, but the delivery time really put me off. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something anytime soon.

"Helped a little, but I’m not totally convinced"
I did get some relief from my aches after using it, so I can’t say it did nothing. But it wasn’t as much as I was hoping for, and that kind of made me trust it a little less. For the price, it’s still okay, but I’m not sure I’d count on it for stronger pain relief.
